One of the most importants things to get down and remember is that the Benefite of the dout always goes to thyself.
If wrong most times any problem deriving from this action can be corrected but most times if one gives the benefit of the
dout to another instead of themselves it ends up damaging the self.
One must be relevently trustwothy before they are even capable of trusting themselves.
We all know that no one can be completly honest in such and dishonest world but we all must try to be as honest as posable
regardless, in order to trust oneself there should be guidlines:
Never lie, steal, cheat or manipulate those you love, family and frineds.
If you must lie, know that you are and never believe your lies own lie. Remember if you lie too often you will get caught
up in those lies and they will become your reality.
Stop believing the mass-mispreconceptions taught to us from birth through family, friends, societies, churches and governments.
The comercials on the television tells us that Tang, the orange drink has vitamine C in it that actually does our bodies some
good. NOT TRUE. The chemicals in this drink counter act any good in it as well the vitamine C used is chemically made there
for no good at all to a natural body.
